I can't wait to see the real live babe in that great sweater. Thank you for sharing the pattern! We are waiting for a new neice to be born and model a new sweater over here. ;)
it's not hard, as long as you can actually knit a little (i.e. knit, purl, decrease and increase etc) and follow the pattern. should be easy enough. also because it's so small, it's not too frustrating to rip a piece if you have made a mistake (i think, anyways).

i can't wait to see it being modeled! i would love to make one for my new baby but have never knit a sweater before, is it hard?
